No. Everything we do is tailored to your business. We start with a diagnostic — understanding where the business is going and what’s getting in the way — and design from there. We don’t believe in generic training for the sake of it. If a bespoke solution isn’t right for your budget or timeline, we’ll tell you that too.

It depends on the scope. A focused piece of work — such as a management development programme or a succession planning project — typically runs over three to six months. Larger engagements that combine diagnosis, programme design and implementation will take longer. We’ll be clear about timelines and what to expect before any work begins.

Coventina Consulting is UK-based. We work with businesses across the UK and can deliver the majority of our work remotely or on a hybrid basis, depending on what best suits your team and the nature of the project.
